Shit's getting out of hand. Fully half of the threads in the main forum right now do not belong there. All kinds of magical horseshit, amusing anecdotes, pot smoking, pseudospiritual pooftery, etc.

It's like there's a low testosterone flu going around here.

I concur. The main forum needs more yang. The main forum needs to be punched in the gut and made to do pushups.

Well this certainly isn't Sparta. So it could very well be Bullshit.

Chris,

Although I fully agree with you, unfortunately some of that stuff goes with the arts we study. Pick up a book about Tai Chi Chuan and there is always at least one chapter dedicated to the spiritual/mystical. ::Galo shrugs and moves on::

Chris, Just a thought should we possible get a bit of infrastructure magic and get maybe a wee sub-forum thrown in somewhere for qigong/spritilual/ghey soft pussy ass taiji crap threads so they can stay away from the old skool kung fu stuff.
I'm partial to a bit of flowery hippy shit every once in a while and if it has its own home then we can keep then safe in there own little patchouli perfumed box. wink.gif

Well, let's take a look at some threads Chris started in the main forum, shall we?!

"Come In And Chat Now"
"If You Are Logged On To The Main Forum But Not Chatting, Your Ip Address Could Be Automatically Banned"
"Chatroom Still Isn't Working...what's Up?"

There were a few that sounded promising, like "What If There Were No Principles?", but even that one began with these words: "Pretend for a moment that you live in an alternate universe..."

I rest my case of Coronas.
