Well, this is definately BTDT, I was driving around the other weekend in my new town of Santa Monica, and saw a big kung-fu sign, I figured, what the hell, why not stop by!

So I go in and a "kung fu" class is taking place. The performance was sub-par for sure, and it seemed a little odd. Then I get home and check the URL

http://www.kungfula.com/

It appears I met the very teacher of the famous Sifu Z!

It was all I expected it to be and more. Wow!

I suppose If I really wanted to get a good laugh I could drive the few miles to Century city and pay the 10 for a class from Sifu Z smiley.gif

That's actually kind of cool.

I'm glad you didn't fuck with them.

Thanks for sharing something interesting.

Yeah, no need to mess with them, I just shook his hand, watched for a few and quietly left.

Oh.. that place, I didn't know that was the location of the famous Sifu Z!
When I'm in LA I usually stay near Lincoln and Venice, so I pass by that school all the time.

I can't believe this hasn't been asked yet, but dude... what about Debbie? Did you see her? Inquiring minds, you know... wink.gif

Ah well. In true Shaolin fashion, since our pic-posting privileges have been confiscated, shall we make our MS Paint into pics. Just for old time's sake...

It is sad that we know about them, imagine my realization when all of those past threads on Z came to life in person. Too bad Z wasnt there also, it would have been priceless.

And no, I didnt see debbie.

Just follow the links above and your eyes will be opened. They provided 3 metric shit tons of entertainment for the board until they caught on a few years back, threatened lawsuits, threw toys, etc....

man those captions that everyone came up with were hilarious, i think one of the lads on the board saved some of the pages before they got ripped down. good times wink.gif

but for the noobies currently on the board heres a synopsis. kungfu.tv basically were putting up really wacky photo's each week of the instructors and students. some of ef v.1's members (myself included) put captions up makign fun of there schools and wacky pics and some of the captions were crude. some of us criticised mr. zarcoff's training methods and regime etc, ie lineage fake etc. due to high traffic on the site it was bound that they would check out the source of the high traffic.

also i dont remember whether it was sifu z, evil stan or hobo larry that came on the boards and threathened lawsuits for some of the Cruder captions put on the pics, admittedly some were of a sexual reference but with no malicious intent.basically a piss take of there school for a couple of months.

and as such our mirth came to an end. tongue.gif

I joined the board at the height of the z-craze, which had a lot of spillover to awesome random MA pic-fu captioning as well. Z seems to stir EF's comedic juices.
