Sorry Justin, I'll try not to get drawn in an argument about this, but the way I perceived it, THAT comment was really low. I felt that I had to manifest my disapproval and this is the only way that I thought that was low profile and subtle enough. I thought posting something about it but I decided that it's better not to pour oil over the fire. Anyway, we can discuss this over PMs, I think it's better even though I don't really want to spend a lot of time on this issue.

I have one question that is semi-on-topic here:
It looks like the other "dramatic" thread was locked by Z...? It was my understanding that "infrastructure" were to stay away from moderating/admin functions... Has that officially changed now?

I was under the understanding that locking a thread kept it in the on-topic forums, and that moving it to btdt was a way to keep the discussion going without interrupting the other threads.

When a thread is locked and then moved to btdt it should be unlocked.
